About Our Staff
Christi Eaton and Kim Maples are the owners and directors of Little Learners. They are also both certified teachers. Christi is a National Board Certified Teacher who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree with a Reading Specialist Certification. Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree with a Reading Specialist Certification. Together Christi and Kim have 30 years of teaching experience in preschool-5th grade. Our classroom teachers are also highly qualified through education and expereince. We enjoy teaching children and can't wait to meet your Little Learner!
Little Learners is committed to providing a stable and highly qualified staff to care for your child. We are open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. and provide a daily preschool structure. Thank you for trusting us with the care and education of your Little Learner.

Ms. Stacy is a Lead Preschool Learning Extensions Teacher in our 3/4 year old preschool room, Green Squares. She is a certified teacher and enjoys exploring the world with her children through hands-on projects, such as arts and crafts, music and movement, science and cooking experiments, and social skills.
Little Learners

Ms. Molly is a Lead Pre-K Teacher in our 4/5 year old room, the Blue Rectangles. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and has nine years of experience in early childhood education. Her students love coming to school to find out what new activities Ms. Molly has planned for them. Ms. Molly will focus on early litteracy and math skills through books, music, and games to help prepare her children for kindergarten.
Ms. Leanna is a full time Kitchen Assistant. She has over 14 years of experience in child care preparing delicious and nutritious meals for children including fresh fruits and vegetables.
Ms. Amy is a full time Infant and Toddler Teacher in our Orange Ovals room. Ms. Amy loves working with our "littlest learners" as they develop new motor skills, social skills, and build their receptive and expressive vocabulary. They learn about their world through stories, music, art projects, and play time.
Ms. Karla is a full time Pre-K Learning Extensions Teacher in our Blue Triangles room and works with our 4/5 year old preschoolers. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She has eight years of teaching experience and is excited to be a part of Little Learners.
Ms. Lauren is a Teacher's Assistant. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Interventions from KU. She enjoys providing story time, structured and unstructured play time, recess, and snack for all of our little learners.
Ms. Nancy is a full time Toddler Teacher for the 1 year old children in our Purple Diamonds room. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Services in Education and she loves working with her "little learners" as they develop their vocabulary and learn to play together.
Ms. Kristen is a full time Toddler Teacher for the 2 1/2-3 year old children in our Red Hearts room. Ms. Kristen is excited to guide children in explorations to help them learn new skills. She will develop their knowledge of the world through stories, music, play, and art projects.
Ms. Tracy is our Director's Assistant and also guides activities in The Rainbow Room. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and has 16 years of experience in child care. Tracy was a director for 10 years. She enjoys planning fun and "messy" hands-on activities for the children when they come to The Rainbow Room.
Ms. Katie is a Lead Preschool Teacher in our 3/4 year old room, the Green Circles. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Vocal Performance and a Master's Degree in Music Therapy. Ms. Katie will focus on early litteracy and math skills through books, music, and games to help her children grow and learn.
Ms. Krista is a full time Infant and Toddler Teacher's Assistant in our Orange Ovals room. She has an Associate's Degree in General Studies. Ms. Krista loves helping Ms. Amy with our "littlest learners" as they develop new skills in motor development and build their vocabulary through stories, music, art projects, and play time.
Ms. Rebecca is a full time Toddler Teacher in our Yellow Stars room. Ms. Rebecca is completing her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood. She guides our two year old toddlers as they develop new social skills and build their vocabulary through stories, music, and play as well as hands-on experiences.
